AS400 meets IRIS Core AI
An intelligence layer on top of existing systems, without changing how they work.
Ideas put to the test
in real-world cases.
How IRIS principles become tools at the sales counter, in the warehouse and in pricing decisions.

Price Intelligence
Pricing grounded in context, not gut feeling.

One point of view.
Short arguments you can read in a minute, not an hour.
Probably not. But it may change where intelligence lives in enterprise architecture: business systems remain the system of record, while a new layer prepares context, alternatives and rationale for the people who decide.
Storing previous messages and preserving meaningful context are not the same problem. Useful memory also remembers why something mattered, who was involved and what came next.
The more important a decision, the more it matters to separate preparing the decision from the authority to make it. AI can prepare options and evidence; accountability stays with people.
Five themes.
A changing landscape.
A deliberately small taxonomy for navigating the ideas that recur in Cosen Lab’s work. Alongside the published case studies, the essays in progress.

Ideas become useful
when they hold up to repetition.
Four series that follow recurring questions across products, research and architecture, and the five principles we always return to.

- 01
Human control
Technology should extend human agency, not obscure accountability.
- 02
Evidence first
An answer is worth more when its foundations can be verified.
- 03
Context matters
Information without context is rarely enough to decide.
- 04
Memory creates continuity
Preserve not only what happened, but why it mattered.
- 05
Governance by design
Control is architecture, not an afterthought.
